Since participating in this article, I've noticed just how much more attractive men are when they make you laugh - men that don't (on the suface) fit the "good looking" mold suddenly fit into "very eligible" category when they make you laugh. The standards suddenly change when humor enters the scenario (so you're unemployed and live with your mother - but ha ha - you're quite witty!!) How do I know which category to really put them in?

I know one thing that ISN'T very funny - that you included the reprint version without MY picture! I can't believe you love my sister and Jon more than Alan and I. OK, maybe Jon is funnier (a lot) but on the whole this situation is not really even a little funny.

I found this article very interesting. Such a seemingly simple topic is charged with implications. The bioligical/physical explanations behind the need for humour, as well as the social reasoning behind the man vs. woman and how they evaluate humour, just reiterates the fact that without effective and constant communication male/female relationships are destined to fail. Funny or not.
